Flour production at Moulins de Pralognan

The Moulins et Patrimoine association invites you to come and make "flour" and share with it a friendly moment to discover an old mountain mill.For June 21, animation as part of the Heritage Day of countries and mills.

The Pralognan grain mills: these two small traditional buildings, made of dry stones and slate roofs, are characterized by their dug wooden water supply channel.
One grinds the grain, the other is converted into a museum.
They are equipped with a single set of grinding wheels and a horizontal impeller. The wheat is still grinded there as in the old days.
