Groomers, avalanche blasters, ski patrollers, ski lift operators, etc...
For this season we have decided to focus on the women and men who work in the shadows of ski resorts to ensure safety and quality skiing, and few holidaymakers are conscious of. Technical professions, carried out by enthusiasts who are essential to the functioning of the ski areas and are pillars of life in the mountains.
The teams from STOR (Orelle Cable Car company) were involved in 3 operations :
● An communication campaign featuring the teams
● A film shot with speedrider and Redbull athlete Valentin Delluc, who achieves the feat of flying over the ski area in full operation and in which the resort team plays its own role.
● An exhibition of portraits of around fifteen emblematic professions to discover at the Tourist Office of Orelle and around the cable car building until the end of the season!
Through this approach, Orelle - Les 3 Vallées wanted to :
- Raise awareness of mountain safety requirements by making visible the technical and human resources necessary to secure ski areas
- Humanize the resort by focusing on passionate women and men
- Generating vocations for these demanding professions
